Wings Host Mystic

ARLINGTON, Texas — The Dallas Wings return home from Chicago with a victory to host the Washington Mystics.

Wings Rookie of the Year candidate Arike Ogunbowale continues to keep the record books and her 35-point game against the Chicago Sky. Ogunbowale is the only rookie to ever score 35 or more on multiple occasions, is the lone rookie to have seven consecutive games of 20 or more and she joins Candance Parker as the only first-year player to score 35 points, hand out five assists and grab five rebounds in a single-game.

Ogunbowale is averaging 24.4 points per game on 44.4 percent shooting from the field and 44.9 percent from beyond the three-point line and is handing out 3.7 assists per game.

This is the first and only time the Wings and Mystics will meet in Texas this season. Washington bested Dallas 86-82 the last time the two squads met back on June 9.
