FRISCO, TEXAS — FC Dallas is starting their 2020 season this Saturday against a much awaited game against Philadelphia Union. To top it off, they are also celebrating 25 years of MLS history.
The club was founded in 1995, as the Dallas Burn before coining its name to Football Club Dallas or known as FC Dallas. With 2 , U.S. Open Cup wins in 1997 and 2016 the legacy of FC Dallas will be celebrated throughout the week. Fans can expect to join in a series of events such as the 25th Season Kickoff Show and Cocktails and Cleats Presented by Chase.
The history of the franchise will include special guests such as the first head coach, Dave Dir and much more.
With new roster additions such as, Fafá Picault (a trade from their upcoming match with Philadelphia Union) and Diego Santos a sign on, spectators at Toyota Stadium will be seeing them on the field for the first time this week!
