Madison Kerley graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Sports Journalism and a Master of Sports Law and Business. While at ASU, she was a member of the women’s golf team and a 2017 NCAA champion.
Madison was born and raised on college football in Scottsdale, Arizona. College football will always be her first love, but she is now extremely passionate about college basketball, the NBA, and the WNBA, as well.
She spent a summer as a sports reporter for Cronkite News/Arizona PBS, and covered high school football, the Arizona Coyotes, the Phoenix Rising, and the Phoenix Suns. She worked for the Final Four when it came to Phoenix, was a reporter at NBA Summer League in Las Vegas, and landed a one-on-one interview with Larry Fitzgerald at his charity event. Madison also traveled to Scotland with other students from the Cronkite School to tell stories about the Home of Golf and The Open Championship.
Madison moved to Dallas in March 2020, and despite moving during the pandemic, she has LOVED the city. She is excited to continue her reporting career by telling the stories behind the SMU football team.
