DALLAS, Texas — Luka Dončić led the Dallas Mavericks (11-10) with 21 points, 10 rebounds and 7 assists but it was not enough as they fall to the New Orleans Pelicans 107-91, Friday night at the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas.
“I think that game was on me. My energy was down, I played very bad and I just have to be better,” Doncic said of the Mavericks 11 first half turnovers.
Brandon Ingram led the Pelicans with 24 points, 8 rebounds and a career-high 12 assists. This was only the third game of Ingram’s career where he’s gone for 20+ points and 10+ assists.
Mavericks have to regroup quickly as the play the Memphis Grizzlies (12-10) Saturday night at home.
