DALLAS, Texas — The Dallas Mavericks took the string out of the Charlotte Hornets with a 120-96 at the American Airlines Center Monday Night.
Mavericks Luka Doncic missed his 2nd consecutive game with left ankle injury. Kristaps Porzingis stepped up and finished with 24 points, 13 rebounds, and five blocks in 25 minutes of action. “it was a good night for us. We started off shooting really well and it kind of carried over to everybody. Then Trey (Burke) came in and gave us a spark on offense. We played really free out there,” says Porzingis.
Trey Burke came off the bench and scored a season-high 22 points on 9-14 shooting to go with a season-high 6 assists.
Tim Hardaway Jr. had 19 points and 4 assists off the bench for the Mavs.
