TCU vs No. 23 Texas Preview

FORT WORTH, TX – TCU (13-3) is having a stellar season thus far as they welcome No. 23 Texas (14-5) to Fort Worth on Tuesday night.

The Frogs are coming off of a huge 59-44 win over No. 15 Iowa State on Saturday. With that win, TCU moved up in the national rankings to no. 47. They are one of eight Big 12 schools that are ranked under 50.

Damion Bough had a great game with a season high 23 points, seven rebounds, and five assists. He had 13 points in the first half which helped compel TCU to a 34-23 lead at the half.

TCU shot 49 percent from the floor and had an amazing game against Iowa State. The same energy is going to be coming against No. 23 Texas this Tuesday night.

We have a late tip off in Fort Worth at 9 PM but these two Texas teams will be going at it.

TCU has a rigorous schedule this week with two nationally ranked teams in the top 25. Saturday the Frogs will host no. 13 LSU. How TCU responds to these two games could get them on the map and get them some national attention.

Head Coach Jamie Dixon has built a great organization in Fort Worth and they want nothing more than to be competitive with some of the best teams in the nation.

The Frogs are led by Mike Miles who is currently averaging 15.5 points per game, 3.9 rebounds, and 4.1 assists.
