TCU’s Point Guard Mike Miles Jr. Declares For The NBA Draft

FORT WORTH, TX – Mike Miles Jr. , the sophomore point guard for TCU, has declared late Wednesday afternoon that he is entering the 2022 NBA Draft. 

Miles has been a leader on this TCU team for two years now leading TCU to one of their best seasons so far. The young super star aided the Horned Frogs to their first March Madness appearance since 2018 and led them in an OT game against the No. 1 seed Arizona in the second round of the NCAA tournament. 

The talented point guard led the Frogs in tournament play averaging 20.8 points per game as TCU destroyed their first opponent in the first round. 

Miles finished the season All-Big 12 second team and fifth in the Big 12 averaging 15.3 points per game and sixth with 3.81 assists per game. 

“First and foremost I want to thank God for always having a plan for me…Thank you to everyone who has played a role in my life no matter how big or small. To the TCU coaches, TCU academic staff, fans, boosters, and the best student section in the NCAA. Thank you for welcoming me with open arms and challenging me to be a better me. My teammates/my brothers, we did what we thought we couldn’t do! You guys were a blessing.. It has been a dream come true.” Miles stated on Twitter Wednesday afternoon following his decision to enter the Draft. 

The 2022 NBA draft will take place on June 23 in Brooklyn where you can catch Mike Miles and where he will head to further his basketball career.
