Dallas Wings Vs Atlanta Dream Preview

ATLANTA, GA- The playoff hunt continues for the Dallas Wings as they take on Atlanta Dream tonight, June 21st, at the Gateway Center.

Dallas is currently 8-8 this season and sitting in the number three spot in the Western Conference. The Wings are on a two-game winning streak after defeating The Los Angeles Sparks on Sunday, 92-82. Arike Ogunbowale led the Wings with 27 points, following AllishaGrays 12 rebounds and 6 assists.

The last time these two met was on May 7th, in Arlington for the season opener, Where Atlanta Dream took that game with a 66-59 win. Atlanta outshot the Wings from both the field and three-point line.

Atlanta is without a few key players as Erica Wheeler, Kristy Wallace, and Kia Vaughn are expected to miss tonight’s game. The team did acquire a trade from New York Liberty, receiving AD Durr.

Wings are also expected to be without Satou Sabally as the forward will miss her fourth straight game due to a knee injury.
