SEATTLE, WA- The Dallas Wings are back on the floor today against Seattle Storm after the past weekend’s All-Star break.
It’s been exactly a month since the pair last met where it was Seattle that came out on top with an 84-79 win. The Wings now sit in the number four spot in the Western Conference with a 10-12 record so far this season. While Seattle sits at number two with a 15-8 record, The Wings hope that their big win before the break can roll over into today’s game.
Both the offense and defense are ranked 6th overall this season and it has been Arike Ogunbowale as the Wing’s top performer averaging 19.5 points while shooting 40.8 percent from the field and 37.2 perfect from beyond the arch. Dallas as a team is averaging 81.5 points and 35 rebounds per game. Collectively, the team is shooting 42% from the field and 34.9% from the three-point line.
Seattle is coming off of a huge game last week as they scored a total of 106 points against The Los Angeles Sparks. Dallas looks to find offensive success in tonight’s game and be consistent with their defensive rebounds and posts.
