Wings Beat The Dream

CHICAGO — The Dallas Wings beat the Atlanta Dream, 81 – 68, Saturday night in Atlanta.  

Veteran Kayla Thornton set a new career-high, netting 21 points. Arike Ogunbowale netted 21 points, her 68th career game with 20 or more, and she also dished out a season-high eight assists and swiped a career-high tying five steals.
 
Center Teaira McCowan grabbed 14 rebounds and scored 14 points to record her sixth double-double of the season. 

Wings stays on the road to face the Chicago Sky on Tuesday, August 2, at 8:00 p.m. CT on Bally Sports Southwest Extra and CBSSN.
