Will TCU Make Their Comeback Against Texas?

AUSTIN,TX- Tonight TCU looks to secure a win after losing on a last second shot by Iowa State guard ,Gabe Kalscheur 69-67.

The No.17 Horned Frogs take the court with the No.10 Longhorns. Both teams are currently 13-2 and 2-1 in conference play.

Mike Miles led TCU with 18 points, 2 rebounds and 1 assist. Miles noted in the post game that it was a tough battle. They struggled to shoot from the line and had 18 turnovers but were still able to have only a 2-point deficit.

Although coming off a loss the frogs have shown that they are able to play on the road. 

Texas has played with adversity as they continue under the guidance of interim coach Rodney Terry. The Longhorns are coming into tonight’s game off a win against the Oklahoma State Cowboys 56-46. 

Marcus Carr led the Longhorns Saturday night with 12 points, 1 rebound and 4 assists. He is also Texas’s leading scorer averaging 17.7 points per game.

These teams will go head to head in the Moody Center. Tip-off is at 8 p.m.
