DALLAS, TEXAS — The Dallas Mavericks scored 144 points as they dominated the San Antonio Spurs in Saturday night win, the third time this season the team has scored at least 140 points.
Dallas saw seven players record double-digit points for the second time this season.
Luka Dončić led all scorers with 39 points, 12 rebounds, 10 assists, one steal and one block. His 39-12-10 marks his 62nd career triple-double and his 36th 30-point triple-double. Dončić also passed Jason Terry (9,953 points) for sixth-most points scored in Mavericks history with 39 points tonight (9,989 points). “I mean obviously a lot. We all know who he is, what he’s doing in his 21st year in the NBA, which is unbelievable. So, it means a lot,” says Dončić.
