FRISCO, TEXAS — FC Dallas is one of just two teams in Major League Soccer who have not yet won a game on the road.
Dallas, who heads to Foxborough, Massachusetts, to take on the New England Revolution this Saturday, is riding a two-game win streak and are now just one point shy of the playoff line. New England, on the other hand, have lost three-straight and are sitting at the bottom of the Eastern Conference.
More than two years have passed since the last meeting between New England and Dallas, dating back to March of 2022. But it’s been six years since Dallas last defeated the Revolution on the road, in April of 2018.
A Dallas side, which could be without up to eight starters, will have to make do without Captain Paul Arriola and forward Petar Musa, who will both be missing the match due to yellow card accumulations. Arriola led FCD to 3-1 Copa Tejas victory over Austin FC on Wednesday, earning MLSsoccer.com’s Team of the Matchday 27 honors having both scored and assisted. Musa currently leads FCD in goals scored with 12 in league play.
