Arizona State Claims Big 12 Title with 45-19 Rout of Iowa State, Secures CFP Berth

Arlington, Texas- The Arizona State Sun Devils secured a spot in the College Football Playoff with a commanding 45-19 victory over the Iowa State Cyclones in the Big 12 Championship at AT&T Stadium.

Running back Cam Skattebo was the offensive star of the game, delivering an outstanding performance with 170 rushing yards and two rushing touchdowns. Skattebo also caught a touchdown pass, bringing his total to three scores on the night.

Quarterback Sam Leavitt had an impressive showing as well, completing 12 of 17 passes for 219 yards and three touchdowns. Two of those touchdowns went to wide receiver Xavier Guillory, who stepped up in a big way after the team lost Jordyn Tyson to injury.

Arizona State will now await the College Football Playoff selection announcement tomorrow afternoon to see who their next opponent will be.
