FRISCO, TEXAS — FC Dallas bolstered its roster by selecting three collegiate standouts in the 2025 MLS SuperDraft.
First-Round Pick (12th Overall): Enzo Newman
A defender from Oregon State University, Newman stands 5’9” and weighs 160 lbs. Hailing from Temecula, California, the U.S. citizen becomes the fourth Oregon State player drafted by FC Dallas in recent years.
Second-Round Pick (41st Overall): Samuel Sarver
Sarver, a forward from Indiana University and Columbus Crew academy product, brings attacking firepower. In 2024, he scored five goals and registered eight assists across 20 matches, earning All-Big Ten First Team honors while helping Indiana secure the Big Ten Regular Season title.
Third-Round Pick (71st Overall): Mohamed Cisset
Cisset, a 6’2” defender from Penn State, is a dual citizen of Mali and Canada. A youth international, he competed for Mali’s U23 squad in the 2024 Olympics. Over two seasons, he appeared in 31 matches for the Nittany Lions.
