ARLINGTON, TX – The Dallas Wings have reshaped their roster through a major four-team trade involving the Connecticut Sun, Phoenix Mercury, and Indiana Fever. In the deal, Dallas acquired DiJonai Carrington, Tyasha Harris, and NaLyssa Smith while also securing the reserved rights to Mikiah Herbert Harrigan, the No. 12 pick in the 2025 WNBA Draft, and future pick swaps.
The Wings parted ways with Satou Sabally, Kalani Brown, and Sevgi Uzun, sending them to Phoenix, while Jacy Sheldon heads to Connecticut and Jaelyn Brown to Indiana.
“DiJonai, Ty, and NaLyssa bring championship experience and fit our vision for the future,” said Wings GM Curt Miller. “This move strengthens our roster both defensively and offensively.”
Carrington, the reigning Most Improved Player, and Harris, a sharpshooter returning to Dallas, add depth to the backcourt. Smith, a former No. 2 pick, bolsters the frontcourt alongside Herbert Harrigan.
This trade signals a new era for the Wings as they look to build on their playoff success.
