TCU Leads Wire-to-Wire in 89-78 Win Over UCF

FORT WORTH, TEXAS — TCU controlled the game from the opening tip, defeating UCF 89-78 on Saturday afternoon at Schollmaier Arena. The Horned Frogs (16-13, 9-9) raced out to a 15-4 lead and never trailed, building a 49-30 halftime advantage — their highest-scoring first half since the season opener.

Vasean Allette led TCU with 17 points, seven rebounds, and a career-high-tying nine assists. Ernest Udeh Jr. added 16 points and 11 rebounds for his sixth double-double of the season.

The Frogs, now 14-2 at home, will close their home schedule Tuesday at 7 p.m. against Baylor on ESPN+.
