NEW YORK — The Dallas Wings used their second-round selection in the 2025 WNBA Draft to pick Madison Scott, a standout from the University of Mississippi, with the 14th overall pick. Known for her defensive intensity and versatility, Scott is expected to provide valuable depth on the wing for a Dallas team that continues to build for long-term success.

Scott wrapped up an impressive college career at Ole Miss, where she played more games than anyone in program history. She averaged just over 11 points, nearly seven rebounds, and more than two assists per contest, while showcasing her ability to guard multiple positions. A former SEC Freshman of the Year, Scott continued to evolve throughout her time in Oxford, earning All-SEC honors in her final season.

With her length, athleticism, and two-way potential, Scott adds a new dimension to the Wings’ roster. As Dallas looks to make a deeper playoff push, her experience and defensive versatility could prove to be a key asset off the bench.
